NO, MetaXPlayer application does not contain any channels or movies, and no information is provide about where to get channels or channels packages. In addition, application developers are not responsible for the content uplodated and watched on MetaXPlayer.
We dont provide content and dont have any information in how you can obtain a playlist.
No, the app didn't have an EPG system integrated but if your provider has an EPG - READY system then it would work with our platform.
NO, MetaX Player only allow one playlist for device, but you can change / update your playlist anytime, as much you need.
Meta Player not interfere in your content, if some videos work and others not work its probably a error in you playlist or provider.
If you credit card has been charged twice, please send a email with your MAC, name, and last 4 digits of your credit card. We will refund the duplicated payment in 1 business day.
This is maybe because of your internet connection, please check at first your internet connection befor you contact your provider. Many times it is caused because of the connection and not because of the provider!
Each TV has 2 MAC addresses (1st is WiFi, 2nd is Ethernet) and a 2nd MAC is activated automatically after you switch to another connection type and restart the app. MAC address is unique for every TV and cannot be changed manually.
